INEA

INEA, the brainchild of Trevor Mealham, is a fully functioning 'proof of concept' site that is aimed at showing how Multi Listing Services, which are the technology used in most advanced estate agency markets in the world, could be used in the UK. It would enabling independant Estate Agents to work collaboratively together to provide a vastly improved service to their customers. 

Our software enables Estate Agents to 'share' their property portfolio in a controlled way that integrates with their Right Move/ Zoopla  etc feeds as well as with most of the major software management systems provided to the market.

Over several years of experience we at TheDevTeam have developed a deep and detailed understanding of the IT processes that dominate the Estate Agency world.  We can speak that language and understand a lot about the legal requirements that govern the processes. 

This project has unfortunately stalled due to financial considerations beyond our control and is unlikely to be go forward unless there is a seccessful outcome to a High Court action between Trevor and Lloyds Bank.
