There is no need to manually upload your data to Rightmove

If you supply property data to Rightmove then you'll have received an email stating that they're going to stop processing the old style ADF at the end of July 2016. If you're not ready to switch over and you don't want to manually upload your data then fear not, The Dev Team have developed a solution for you. Only two weeks to get your customers migrated to the RTDF format

We’ve been helping all our customers and suppliers to switchover to the Real Time Data Feed (RTDF) format which now replaces the outdated Automated Data Feed (ADF).

To help suppliers like you who had already begun or completed the testing process by the original 4th July deadline, we gave you an extra month to migrate all your customers’ feeds. That means you have until Monday, 1st August to complete your migrations.

As we are two weeks away from the 1st August cut-off, we wanted to remind you that the old ADF format will be switched off as of that date.

What does this mean?

If you have not completed testing and migrating your customers’ feeds by 1st August, your customers will need to manually upload any changes to their property listings using Rightmove Admin (which is free with their standard Rightmove membership). Any changes that your customers make to their property listings through the software you provide will not be automatically updated on Rightmove after 1st August.

We will be writing and speaking to your customers as well to remind them that it is important that they work with you to ensure that their migration to the RTDF format is complete by 1st August.

Please contact our Data Feed team at adfteam@rightmove.co.uk and we will work with you to help test your feed and migrate your customers before the end of your 1st August extension. Remember, we do not charge you, nor your customer for our help and support.
