Domain Names
Having the right domain name is one of the most important things when you are giving your business an online presence. The most obvious choice of web address would be 'your company name.com or .co.uk, but nowadays most people aren't lucky enough to be able to get that.
We can help you decide on a suitable domain name for your company, and then register it for you under your name.
It can also be a good idea to register multiple domain names for a business, especially if you are targeting a variaty of customers around the globe. This is a good way of making sure that your website gets a good ranking on Google.
An example of the use of multiple domain names pointing to the same website can be seen at the fly fishing shop Fish4Flies.com, Fish4Flies.co.uk and Fish4Flies.eu
In this example you can see that the homepage targets different people, presenting the correct currency and suggestions based upon location. Location targeting must be setup correctly however to avoid duplicate content from having a negative effect.
